Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under Irish and EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason.

2. How to Return

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The same payment method will be used.

4. Conditions

Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging. We may deduct costs if the product is not in resalable condition.
